At Atelier Pegai, we stand by the craftsmanship of our leather goods; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Atelier Pegai dust bags and boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
